Job Purpose

Continuous improvement, maintenance and assurance of the correct details of our product data and documents in the ERP system

Job Responsibilities
  • Continuous maintenance, updating and optimisation of our product data and documents in the existing systems and databases
  • Examination of the recipes in accordance with the guidelines on Occupational Health and Safety and production capability
  • Creation of new products and recipes in the ERP systems
  • Verification, support with the implementation and documentation of product rationalisations
  • Data management for raw materials
  • Blocking and monitoring of blocked recipes in databases
  • Interface for the exchange of product data information with internal and external bodies, taking into account safety and environment-related aspects and specifications
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Completed chemical training, ideally with subsequent further training as a chemical technician and/or comparable training or studies with initial work experience.
  • Very good knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry
  • Professional experience in the field of product data management and/or technical documentation
  • Knowledge of the field of European transport legislation and dangerous goods classification desirable
  • Pronounced IT affinity and experience in dealing with ERP software (example SAP /JD Edwards)
  • Very good MS Office user knowledge, in particular Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Team-oriented, communicative and assertive
  • Independent, analytical and solution-oriented manner of working
